Submitting a Get Help form allows Compass to contact you and discuss your request. Submission does not guarantee service, shelter, housing placement, financial assistance, case management or a referral.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identification numbers, medical records, financial account details or other information that Compass has not requested.

Compass may contact you using the method you select on the form.

Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee placement.
Volunteer participation may depend on current needs, availability, age requirements, orientation, training, scheduling, reference checks, background checks or other assignment requirements.

Compass may decline, limit, suspend or end volunteer participation when reasonably necessary to protect its operations, safety, privacy or the people it serves.

Approved volunteers must follow the Volunteer Agreement, confidentiality requirements, staff direction, safety procedures and any additional rules connected with their assignment. The Volunteer Agreement is separate from these website terms.

Online donations are processed through third party providers, including Network for Good and PayPal. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, processing rules and recurring payment procedures.

Compass does not collect or store complete payment card information through its standard website forms.

Compass Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and eligible donations are tax deductible. Compass does not provide tax advice. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional about their individual circumstances.

If you establish a recurring donation, you are responsible for managing or canceling it through the applicable payment provider or by contacting Compass for assistance.

Requests concerning a donation, receipt or possible refund will be reviewed individually and may be subject to payment provider requirements and applicable law.

Compass has limited storage space and cannot accept every donated item.

Please contact Compass before bringing food, clothing, hygiene products or other goods. Food donations must meet applicable health, safety and licensing requirements.

Submitting an offer to donate goods does not guarantee that Compass can accept them.

Compass may post meals, services, volunteer activities, fundraising events and community events through its online calendar.

Some events may require registration, while public services may be available without registration. Registration does not guarantee access when capacity, safety requirements or other conditions limit attendance.
