COMPASS OUTREACH
CARE THAT CONTINUES AFTER YOU MOVE IN

Compass housing offers more than a place to stay. Participants also have someone to help them work through the systems and responsibilities connected with building greater stability.

Case managers can help with benefits, identification documents, appointments, health care connections, housing applications and other needs that may affect the path forward. The support looks different for each resident because every person brings different circumstances, priorities and goals.

WAYS TO HELP

LIVING IN A SHARED COMMUNITY

Every person living in a shared community has a private, secure space, along with communal areas that everyone helps care for.

Participants are expected to look after their own belongings, complete household responsibilities and treat neighbors, staff and shared spaces with respect. Each facility has its own eligibility requirements and participant expectations, which the Compass team will explain during the application and intake process.
